  • · Claire and the team at the Ace NYC were so polite, accommodating, friendly and helpful! Porter was super fast and always got us a cab so quickly. Cleaning staff were awesome — very clean rooms, brought us extra items on request, and always honored the DND sign. Third time staying at this ACE and will always go back when in NYC (and other locations). Also, lobby area has a great cafe, bar and restaurant. Can’t say enough about the staff, and the location is clutch if you really want to be central. Love the deco and finally got the guitar/turntable room (!).

  • Excellent location. Easy to walk to Times Square, 34th street, and of course, places to eat.
    It was just around the corner from the Empire State building. I felt very safe

  • I book at the Ace for the location (central, easy to walk to and from places) and the Stumptown coffee in the lobby. The beds and amenities are decent, not luxurious but perfectly comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and really got it (interior courtyard). The staff are great.

    Disliked · The Ace has been a great hotel that is showing its wear. Our small room was well-appointed but had a distinctive urine-like odor (could have been carpet or bathroom). I let them know about it on the way out.
