Al Habtoor Polo Resort LLC is located in Dubailand, nested amidst four lush green polo fields. Within a 25 minutes’ drive from Dubai’s Downtown area and 35 minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, as well as complimentary valet parking.

The resort offers exclusive villas ideal for family staycations with four bedrooms and a private pool along with a BBQ deck. All villas host a maid’s room and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort also offers 149 beautifully assigned deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the green manicured fields fitted with a spacious balcony seating area with view overlooking polo fields where guests can enjoy Polo Matches from the comfort of their own rooms.

The resort offers five delectable dining venues with outdoor terraces featuring live polo matches during the season along. It is also home to Elixir Spa featuring six treatment suites complemented with steam and sauna facilities and gym with personal training services. Other recreation offerings at the resort include a children’s play area and board games, horse riding, polo lessons, multi-purpose tennis courts, archery, snooker, mini-golf to name a few recreational activities. All guests can enjoy world-class horses that populate the resort’s polo fields and stables, visit the play areas or indulge the outdoor swimming pool.

  • · I liked the rooms and the beds are so comfy.
    The staff in the reception was very helpful and didn’t took a lot of time for the check in

    Disliked · 1-The AC in some rooms wasn’t working properly.
    2-There was some cockroach in the kitchen
    3-The electricity in some areas in the living room didn’t work.
    4-We couldn’t contact the reception from the room becoz their was no guide on the phone and if you click on 0 it leads to nothing.
    5-My booking was for a special occasion and I mentioned through the booking if there is any complimentary thing to celebrate but the msg was ignored totally.
    6-We forgot my baby toy and tried to contact the reception but their is no reply.

    The size of the villa was excellent

    Disliked · Very Old furnature. Villa smelling very bad and alot of cigurate on the floor which mean they did not clean the villa properly for the next guest. Each bath room have a problem (some of them shower tap are proken, some of the them toilet tap are broken , heater is not working ). Water pressure in the bath is not stable (some time the water is too hot sometimes too cold). I had a problem with my villa key, nobody care to come and fix it even though I called them three times and one time we wait on the road for more than 10 minutes and nobody came to open the villa for us (I used the side door to enter my villa — disadvantage where everyone can enter your villa because no lock for the side doors and the doors that take you to the swimming pool). Slow process to check in and check out. Most of the lights inside the villa and outside didn’t work. We order cake for our occasion and they didn’t bother them selves to prepare it.
