Great location close to shopping/food/entertainment and the subway only steps away. Loved the staff friendly and very accommodating. Cold refreshing lemon/lime water in lobby. Daily bottled water in rooms. Comfy beds. Clean, quiet room with plenty of towels.
Disliked · Hair dryer had a really really short cord.
· Clean and beds were very comfortable
The hotel is in a convenient location in Manhattan, within easy walking distance of Times Square. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help when needed. The bed was comfortable. The bar in the lobby provides a nice working space as well.
Disliked · When I booked the room, the photo and description said it had a bathtub. When I arrived in the room, there was no bathtub. I called downstairs and they said they would move me to an ADA room that had a tub. That room also didn’t match the description.
