  • Liked · I would like to start by saying that the service more than all is second to one. We weren’t given the correct rooms at first but as soon as we alerted reception they had all our bags moved for us and it was a completely hassle free experience. The location is in my opinion the best in Dubai in terms of access to popular places and I don’t think anywhere else can beat the view from here.
    Also, in terms of COVID safety — felt extremely comfortable. Everybody are wearing masks as is required in Dubai and knowing that most travellers have to take a test before coming in to the country makes you feel comfortable. I’ve seen the rooms being properly disinfected by staff with high tech machines so I was definitely made to feel comfortable in that regard.

    Disliked · The only thing was that it was advertised online to have baby sitting services which was one of the services I would have liked to have had and was part of the reason why I booked here in the first place. When I was there I found out this service was currently unavailable due to the pandemic. That’s fair enough and it wasn’t updated on the website (I believe since it was mentioned it has since been updated). However, the lovely manager there instead generously offered us a free upgrade to our favourite restaurant which was still a very nice gesture. So overall I’m not so disappointed and it was overall a great holiday.
