    Disliked · Asked for an upgrade on room if possible, when I booked the room. Received an email from the hotel saying “we Will be able to arrange this(upgrade) for you”. However, when we arrived at hotel, we were told there is no availability. If there are no availability it is ok, but I would prefer not getting a confirmation email regarding the upgrade, as it gives unnecessary excitement. It was a disappointing moment.

  • Liked · Good hotel in Jumeira Lake towers . Little old, but very well maintained. Check in was quick . Good access to Marina, much more happening place than JLT . There are good pubs in the same hotel . We were there just for a night and did not use their gym or pool as we had to leave early the next day . Overall a good experience
