    Disliked · The reception guy is not good, Even i have confirmation in my email he make us to wait for more than an hour and speaking very rude, we are coming hotel to relax and make the mind refresh. This type of behavior and way of speaking is not good specially in hotel industry. Me and my fiance went out in hot and my day is ruin because if this kind of people.
    Need to give training to staff how to speak and behave to guest.

    The reason I selected Copthrone hotel is other hotels had a check-in time at 2PM whereas Cophtrone gives the flexibility of a check-in anytime
