Stayed in a Deluxe Top Floor room; exceptional views of lower Manhattan! Beautiful and quiet room, and friendly and helpful staff. Amazingly comfortable bed, and exquisite decor in every room of the building — even the corridors.

All around the hotel you have all the shops and bar and restaurants you want.
It is easy to move with all the vehicles and subway.
The service it is incredibly discrete silent and efficient.
Could not imagine a better breakfast, In really mean never taste a better fruit in my life.
The place and the forniture is check in any details.
All is perfectly clean and warm and cozy.
It feels like home but it makes you feel like on holidays even if you stay for business.

Great location, ambience and the service at the reception, concierge and porters were outstanding. Very Homey and spacious rooms. Definitely will be coming back.

Disliked · Housekeeping turned our beds and made our room night ready the 2nd night, which was bliss after a long night out, but didn’t do it the 1st & 3rd. A bit of inconsistency there.

Staff is excellent. Make us feel welcomed all the time. Super clean room. Location is excellent and facilities are still special even after over a decade in existence. Excellent hotel.
