    Disliked · During their construction you entered through the parking garage. We arrived at 3:30 am from our flight with no one at garage level. It was kind of creepy for two female travelers. You ride escalator up to the lobby. Staff not really friendly
    Except for maintenance men that fixed our a/c problem and housekeeping.

  • I loved the ease of check-in, and the politeness and professionalism of the front desk staff. The room was clean, climate controlled, and comfortable. The bedding was excellent. The TV and WIFI were above average. We had a quiet and peaceful nights sleep.

    Disliked · I was promised a free breakfast, and I was unable to receive it. My wife and daughter were very disappointed. There was no small fridge in the room. There was no microwave. The in room coffee options were very limited. I was charged an extra 45 dollars for »Hotel Service Fees» which I guess paid for the TV services? Call and make sure before you book a stay, unless you want to pay extra for a breakfast that should be free when they say it is.

  • Staff checks in with you via text as soon as you get to your room and make sure you have everything you need, the room was very clean and the location was great.

    Disliked · Was charged 44.59 when I didn’t order anything and it took weeks of calling and emails to get it refunded to my card.

  • It’s a beautiful place. It’s very clean. An amazing Times Square view. Crazy amazing location. Even though the beds are small they were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

    With the price breakfast should have been included.
