Liked · Hotel Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant is excellent. Swimming pool is great. Our stay was overall excellent.
Disliked · Nothing.
Liked · Free upgrade from deluxe room to 1 bedroom apartment and excellent facilities such as access to the beach and pool. Good breakfast selection.
Disliked · The view of the balcony of our 1 bedroom apartment was facing a construction site
Liked · Once we entered the hotel we were greeted by the super friendly security guy who checked our temperature and guide us to the reception for checking in, we were upgraded because of the Genius status which is nice , I tried to ask about a sea view room but it was not possible, then the challenge starts with the ELEVATOR DISPLAY , which I understand the hotel is trying to be high tech and modern but the bloody screen is super laggy and slow when u press the button to scroll down the display it pressing different buttons which is depressing , especially when u don’t have buttons inside the elevator itself only outside .
Other than that everything was nice
Disliked · The elevator display is super so and laggy although it is a nice touch to have a new tech only if it is reliable
