  • From the moment I stepped in the hotel lobby for my check in the level of customer service I experienced was awesome and throughout my stay I was greeted from morning til late day when I was leaving the hotel or coming back to my room.
    It’s getting harder to experience this level of amazing customer service these times and day. My room on the7th floor was just great.
    I had two large windows facing 41th avenue and the room was so quiet.
    It was a good size compared to other hotels in New York.
    High ceilings.
    Perfect size bathroom and shower and the bed and pillows were so comfortable!!!
    The cleanliness of my room was impeccable.
    I rate my stay a 5 stars and can’t wait to go back!
    I was told they will be renovating the rooms next February so that’s great although I had nothing negative to say about the room I had.
    Thank you for making my stay exceptional and I will definitely stay there next time I am in New York and will recommend it to friends and family. All the hotel staff were amazing at what they did!!!!

  • Better you arrive the hotel get in touch via WhatsApp to introduce themselves. This is a simple and great idea. During your stay they do the same to ensure you are settled in ok. There is a $5 a day extra charge for bottled water, tea bags and coffee. Be good if a couple of snacks were thrown in too.
    We had a standard king, so spacious. Decor is pleasant enough. Bathroom has a walk in shower, clean but a tad tired.
    Great location, just off library way, mid town.
    Loads of places to eat on 3rd.
    We were offered a free extended checkout, which was perfect as we weren’t flying home until later in the evening.
    Even with the Corona virus hitting Manhattan, the staff were professional and helpful.
    Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. I’d like to try a suite next time for comparison.
    Highly recommended.

    Disliked · The room amenities are lacking. I would like slippers as the bathroom floor is tiled and cold. A dressing gown would be great too.
