    Disliked · They charged my card about 16 times (all different transactions) which is very inconsiderate of me.. also didn’t tell me about any extra fees & I got valet that they said would not be charged until check out… & they charged it right after check in.

    Disliked · The checkin was very poor, the front office person was at the point of being rude. Not at all helpful. The room did not hv the complimentary water and towels were short. Pretty stressful after having driven 9+ hours from Toronto to NYC. And reaching close to midnight.
