    I was in NY when the covid-19 started and I was freaking. They helped me with everything being friendly and fast to solve the problems.

    Dated, and in need of renovation, room was scruffy and smelled damp. Not well soundproofed

  • The front desk staff was wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and accomodating.
    The price was a major bargain.
    The bed was extremely comfortable.
    Very convenient to Megabus stop.
    The pros far outweighed the cons for me. I will be staying here again.

    The room was very small.
    The walls were very thin.
    No hairdryer, but they probably would have give me one to use if I had asked.
    Although some things were lacking, I still recommend this hotel. It was a very good stay overall.
