  • The Staff were great, from our check in guy Peter through to the Club staff Silvia, Paulette, Josefina and Glenda.
    The club is amazing, great breakfast, snacks, evening drinks and canapés. Long access saved us so many $$$

  • The additional $35 dollar charge which they say is a credit towards food and drink is a rip off, it was added to all three rooms of ours and although it was being paid by one person as my daughter and in laws were in the other room, the food a drink isn’t added together but split between rooms so isn’t evenly deducted which is unfair. Its a total rip off charge, why they don’t increase the room prices to cover it and let you pay for further food a drink I don’t know. We only had breakfast in the room once because its very expensive, there is a breakfast place next to the hotel. The hotel is lovely and the rooms comfortable,its a great location and I have to say the bar and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and the highlight of the hotel. We had a lovely stay but we did think the hotel was a bit of a rip off with food and drink.
