    Disliked · The transfer from the beach should be more flexible! The return bus should be at 16.30-17.00 p.m. from the beach, not at 15.00 or 18.00 p.m.

  • Liked · This hotel is just perfect! Really 5 stars. We got surprice b-day celebration for our kids with cake and ballons. We loved the pool and hot jacuzzi, the fitness, the unique wide breakfast. Got an excellent 37th floor room, with a glorious view. The free transfers to beach, waterpark and mall are excellent. And the free entrance during our stay to Wild Wadi Waterpark and to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel + Al Naseem Hotels’ private beach, pool, beds, towels, refreshments, golf car and all services usage… .it was just a dream. Really five stars stay, same time at downtown and beach.
