    The team really loved up to 5 star expectations. Our anniversary was made perfect by the hotel staff.
    The staff were all so happy and very pleasant to interact with in every area.
    The food was fantastic. I could praise it again and again.
    It’s my 3rd Mandarin hotel that I’ve stayed in and it is every bit as good as the others.
    Thanks to all the Mandarin team for an excellent weekend especially Eunice for giving us one of the best breakfast experiences in a hotel.

    Disliked · The first room that I got was a corner room. So the other rooms can see me from the window in my room. And we are covered so it was uncomfortable and there was no privacy. Then I changed it. The only thing I got upset of is that I waited a lot to change my room.

  • Liked · Good breakfast service and the Portugese restaurant on the 6th floor… Good pool service… Valley parking service is fast and polite. Friendly staff.

    Disliked · Lack of privacy. All room terrace guard rail shields are transparent. You are seen and you see everybody in the rooms at the building side. Better to coose rooms in the middle of the building…
