We have stayed her a few times now and have always had great service from the staff they can not do enough for you. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York .

The lounge area for water/coffees/fruit was lovely.
Rooms were decent sizes, and had a large fridge, safe etc.
Didn’t try the food because the hotel is in a great location to find restaurants and cafes nearby.
Would definitely stay again.

Disliked · First night the heater kept blowing hot air even though the room was already 26C, so had to sleep with the window open (noisy). But it was quickly fixed the next day, and it was probably jet lag that kept us awake anyway.

Brilliant location & excellent value for money. The lounge on level two was very convenient.

I stayed here 1 night. The check-in staff was friendly. I had been randomly picked as the guest of the day and they upgraded my room to a suite! There was a nice plate of fruit in the room too. The bed was very comfortable, nice amenities, clean, and location was close to various subway lines.

Disliked · My only issue was that the windows didn’t seem to be double paned or thick enough. In a lower level street-facing room the garbage truck noises were deafening late into the night. I’d request a room away from the street.

the location was great lots of places to eat or drink or shop and very close to times square. Walking distance to most areas!

Disliked · The beds were not the best, we had an early wake up because of our plans for the day. It was hard to settle and get comfortable in the bed.
