  • · The hotel is lovely and the service is outstanding. If you are unhappy with something the staff will ensure to compensate for this. We went to the spa and had a wonderful hamam treatment. I have been to many 5 stars spa and have never enjoyed it as much as I did at the One and Only. I can recommend this hotel both for families and couples!

    Disliked · Overpriced everything especially food and beverages, Staff at restaurants, concierge desk and housekeeping was smiling but not capable of providing quality services one exacting from such a hotel, extremely loud music in Drift lounge so you have no chance not to listen to it in other parts of the beach. Breakfast selection definitely could be more diverse and pancakes and crepes could be fleshier not prepared at 7 in the morning and served to the guest at 10. Breakfast ends at 10.30 which is not convenient for guests who came for a relaxation.
