  • Liked · I want to thank all of the staff starting from the parking workers to the receiptionists and the room service and cleaning staff. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a cafe are located near to the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out . Quick response from the all.

  • · Well walked In around 6pm
    Was greeted with smiley faces, which is always nice to see..
    Then at reception young man called Muhammed aktar, great customers service skills, gave me a great room nice view, But have to honestly say probably 5 star service, from him…
    Just the way he handle things, thank you to him.
    Ok….we have breakfast included and each day we sat at the same location and was being served by a great young girl called lilam (hope I have spelled her name right)
    Wow what she has to puts up with every morning , the demand and the greedy of some customers who want to eat everything with there eyes but not with there stomach
    And there patient attitude, thumbs up to the(staff) running around headless to keep the demands of the customers and also to mention them picking up there plates with left over food.
    So a big thank u to her and the women at reception NI , who every morning check ur temperature
    A great start to each morning.
    Overall the staff makes and ticks the hotel positivity in my opinion..
    Ohhh yes please pay the extra and get a Sheraton lounge access wow great value nice snacks to drinks to service

    Disliked · Greedy customers who full they plate to the max in buffet breakfast and not eat it all.
    The rood top pool, get there quick once again greedy customers putting there towels over the subbed and not being there
    Not much sun beds in the direction of the sun are located
    So probably the only negative thing
