  • · Best location close to everything and staff super useful . Room A/C was not optimal and I was changed to an even better room. Also forgot money and important documents is safe and staff Sue and Harison returned it Fed Ex to me… Super honest and went extra mile to help me!!!

  • The hotel sets atop a vibrant area in Soho with lots of eateries, cafes and shopping stores. The hotel itself is very nice with relatively spacious rooms compared to what you usually get in NYC. Check-in and check-out were super easy and quick. A good hotel to explore Soho.

    Disliked · The room didn’t have a bathtub although it could fit one. Leo Bistro, where breakfast is served can do better when it comes to food quality.
