Liked · The moment i stepped inside this hotel everyrhing was perfect, from the lobby at the ground floor, to the main lobby, picture perfect. Welcome drinks are appreciated, the front desk manager are nice and junaid givin me my requested view, it so happen that it is twin bed not king bed. The room is really hitech, i love the rain shower, very strong water which is very important.to me. Bathtub is nice, with amazing speakers inside while watching TV, lightning are superb! Cozy rooms, staff, remalyn, thank you for your five star service as well as karen and humprey at paros bar, the pool view and bar is best view i ever had in UAE, i been to different hotels, but this one is a perfect spot. Breathtaking! I want to special mention to Prossy this lady, tooked my attention, she is very friendly and welcoming, even ask me how was may observation so far, shes polite oh my god from the black country i ever know.. imagine we are in elevator and i felt comportable talking with her. Indeed this property exceeded my expectation, lastly to housekeeping staff Raquel for your 5 star service with a smile..Thank you Taj JLT, i will keep coming back to you soon..Five star service. !!! Thank.you to the management ..

Disliked · First i noticed, when I started to request anything, it would take time..even i called twice to follow up to the housekeeping team.. Improve your services for housekeeping, as a five star hotel, you have to put the bathrob inside so that we will not request on it. The staff Jerome in Paros Resto is not welcoming even not saying Hi or Hello, he is just keep staring at me, never ask if i want to order or not. Thats why i decided to step out and ask the staff outside to order americano which is my favorite. A little bit slow for check in, single beds are small than others.

· Every member of staff, without exception went the extra mile to ensure everything was as perfect as it should be. The view from the top of the Tower was something else!

Disliked · Location was OK but Taxi’s were needed to get to beaches, outside restaurants etc.

· Parents loved this place, I didn’t have the best experience but that doesn’t mean I wont have a better experience next time. Fantastic breakfast and the pool/bar area is awesome! Thank you to Anmol who hosted me and my wife upstairs, great cocktails and customer service!

Disliked · Waiters a little shady, not enough smiling faces. You could have the worst food in the world but if its served with a smile it ownt taste as bad. But the guys here really have to up their game. Thank you to Karan Maini for a heartfelt email to apologize for the antics of certain staff members.
