  • Location was great, only 10min to 12 min walk to Times Sqaure and subway service is nearby.
    Beds and rooms are very comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly.
    Christmas is amazing in New York, would really recommed it, however ensure you book any shows or major tourist attractions in advance as everything gets booked up, also be prepared to queue as it’s the Christmas period :).

    Disliked · Be careful with this hotel as if you want a room with a view you should be specific and let the hotel know in advance, as the original room we were provided only had a view of a brick wall. Only once after complaining we were moved into a room with a great view of Times Square.
    The staff are friendly and do try to meet your expectations, however you have to pay for bottles of water each day after your initial nights stay which is not great.
