· Excellent place fancy beautiful my wife and my daughter love everything of that hotel

The king size bed was comfortable and the large shower was delightful.

Disliked · The room was small and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. The room was very warm.

The location is perfect, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants. Staff is amazing, took great care of us while we were here.

· Staff: incredibly helpful, kind, and polite. Made us feel very comfortable during our stay and would goto the end of the earth to assist you. Always greeted politely which was lovely. Our towels were delivered late when we checked in- we didn’t think anything of it- next day we got an apology note and small bottle of red wine- really lovely of them to do that.
Room: spacious, very beautiful & neat with everything we could have needed or thought of! Cupboards with clothes hangers and robes/slippers, bench/couch to lay your suit case on, fridge, glasses, wine glasses, coffee- espresso and mug size with spoons. Coffee pod machine was great. Great sized TV. Comfy bed, air con worked well. Handy side tables next to bed with power points available. Safe user friendly.
Bathroom: big spacious shower, pressure and hot/cold perfect and consistent. Spacious area for both of you and enough bench space for toilet bags, also a close up mirror- my favourite.

Disliked · Hair on wall in shower, shades/curtains had stains/a bit old. Did not change how great our stay was though.
