  • · The reception and check in personnel were excellent and were able to resolve some issues we initially had with the booking. Really appreciated their flexibility. Very nice pack breakfast organized for my son that had to leave to airport early morning. Extremely serviceable staff willing to help and accommodate to customer needs. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy with all required amenities, breakfast was excellent with everything you may need or wish to have being served by the staff due to covid 19 situation. The beach was really nice. The views from the room to the beach and Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel are amazing…..
