  • The room at the Whitby was beautiful. Lots of room and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The art was lovely and stylish and I enjoyed having a large window. I liked the linens and the room service was very good. Took lots of photos of the hotel because it was very pretty and in a good location. Close to MOMA, nice restaurant next door, and excellent shopping.

    Disliked · I wish that I had a tub but not that big of a deal. Very pricey. Hard to come up with things that I didn’t like. I really loved the hotel. Felt very comfortable- not like huge conference hotel. Very stylish and professional. Loved the staff.

  • This is a great boutique hotel. I loved the interior design of the suite and common areas. The hotel is exceptionally clean.

    Disliked · Our view was terrible. Our room (at the front of the property) faced a construction site and its garbage dumpster. We therefore kept the curtains closed. I guess it won’t be an issue once the building is complete.
