  • Location was fantastic. (Especially since we were there to tour Mannes at the New School.) Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very good and room service was lightning fast. Loved it.

    Disliked · Room (and beds) was a little small, but expected that in NY. Climate control had difficulty, but we solved that by opening the window. Minor stuff.

    Disliked · The staff at reception were too busy to give us attention unless if you called for attention.The rooms were also awfully small for two people and hardly any room in the closet.
