    Disliked · The aircondition was quite noisy. We had rooms on 4 and 7 floor, looking to the wall of next building, so there was no day light in the rooms.

    Disliked · Very noisy as roadworks and construction work outside going on all night.
    Hotel didn’t give any warning and as they charge extra for rooms with city view should consider withdrawing that whist work ongoing.
    When I mentioned noise at reception they were not remotely interested.

  • Concierge and doormen were great and informative about the city. Gave good recommendations to diner and how to use the subway.

    Disliked · The beds were too firm, but that is a personal issue. However if a majority of your guests tell you this you should make changes.
    Also maid barged in twice and we had an approved late check out.
